We would suggest that anyone wishing to participate should check with their doctor before participating, along with trying to do some warm-ups before the exercise session begins.

Tai Chi with Johan

A series of webinars with  Johan Koeslag who has been practicing Tai Chi since 1995 and has taught many classes.

Whether your a novice or a seasoned participant, Johan will take you through a series of classes to learn and practice all 108 moves. Recordings will be available for review. 

Tai Chi promotes the qi (or life energy) within us to flow smoothly and effectively throughout the body. It is also a meditation and spiritual practice.
