Yoga Nidra is a conscious relaxation and meditation practice done in a lying down position, where you are guided away from your busy outer life into your inner world and a relaxed, spacious state of mind. 

In this introductory workshop, you’ll learn how to create a new habit of taking time for the kind of deep rest that resets your nervous system by allowing your body to truly rest and repair itself.  You’ll arise refreshed and in touch with your own inner wisdom for living a full life and expressing your unique gifts to the world.

To be comfortable lying on the floor, please have the following available:

·       Yoga mat

·       Blanket

·       Pillows/cushions

If you’re not comfortable lying on the floor, Yoga Nidra can also be practiced lying on your bed or a comfy reclining easy chair.
