Embodied Prayer – Liz Fryer

Join us for an evening stretch as we move tension from our bodies and introduce balance by exploring opposing poses. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a journal for this quiet reflective practice meant to end your day with gentle thoughts, songs and an opportunity to make time for your inner knowing. This practice allows you to move in conjunction with your own body and is intended for anyone at any age or ability. If you have a body, you will feel welcome.
